Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GPT Quicker product ("Product","GPT Quicker ", "we" and "us") . We strive to make GPT Quicker as easy-to-use as possible and as ethical a business operation as possible. The Terms will ensure a good experience for you, our users, and us, the creators of GPT Quicker. By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Product.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Product, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Product on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.

These Terms include the provisions in this document, as well as those in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Termination

We are constantly improving our Product, so these Terms may need to change along with the Product. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, but if we do, we will bring it to your attention by placing a notice on the GPT Quicker website, and/or by sending you an email, and/or by some other means.

If you don’t agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them; unfortunately, that means you will no longer be able to use the Product. If you use the Product in any way after a change to the Terms is effective, that means you agree to all of the changes.

If you violate these Terms, GPT Quicker may terminate your access to our Product, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

Content

You understand and agree that the content and information you use on the GPT Quicker Product are your responsibility. You represent that you either own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content and information you make available through the Product. You agree that you will not use the Product to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
• Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive;
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive;
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group;
• Is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person;
• Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;

GPT Quicker reserves the right to remove any content or information you make available through the Product if it believes it violates these Terms.

Warranties and Disclaimers

The GPT Quicker Product are provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GPT Quicker does not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free, and GPT Quicker does not warrant that any errors will be corrected. GPT Quicker disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to your use of the Product.

You assume total responsibility for your use of the Product and your reliance thereon. Your use of the Product is at your own risk.

Liability Limitation

GPT Quicker(including its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if GPT Quicker has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the Product.

The total liability of GPT Quicker for all claims arising from or relating to the use of the Product is limited to the amount, if any, actually paid by you for use of the Product during the six months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

Usage Requirements

(a) Use of Product. You may access, and we grant you a non-exclusive right to use, the Product in accordance with these Terms. You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Product. We and our affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product.

(b) Feedback. We appreciate feedback, comments, ideas, proposals and suggestions for improvements. If you provide any of these things, we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

(c) Restrictions. You may not

• Use the Product in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates any person's rights;
• Reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of models, algorithms, and systems of the Product (except to the extent such restrictions are contrary to applicable law);
• Share your account with others to avoid or bypass our set limitations;
• Use any automated or programmatic method to extract data or output from the Product, including scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction;
• Send us any personal information of children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent. The Product is designed for individual human use. You will comply with any rate limits and other requirements in our documentation. You may use Product only in geographies currently supported by us.

Paid Accounts

Billing: You can enjoy our premium features and Product by upgrading to a Paid Account. We'll automatically bill you from the date you convert to a Paid Account and on each periodic renewal until cancellation. You're responsible for all applicable taxes, and we'll charge tax when required to do so. Some countries have mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights, and this paragraph doesn't override these laws.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Paid Account at any time. However, please be aware that we practice a no-refund policy, with the exception of when it's mandated by law.

Changes: We may change the fees in effect on renewal of your subscription, to reflect factors such as changes to our product offerings, changes to our business, or changes in economic conditions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Hong Kong, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QPT Quicker with respect to the use of the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
